I need to change a hot water shut off just before the cylinder. The pipe is in lead, internally, the equivalent to todays 22mm copper. I have some lead locs that are 6lb x 15mm, these are the only ones that I have been able to find that will fit this size of lead. I know that to get it back to 22mm I can fit the appropriate converters to this fitting, but seeing as how it is still 15mm internally it seems a pointless exercise. I know you can get 6lb x 25mm plastic so why not 22mm copper? I also have some 3/4,9lb x 22mm but these are far too big.
Any ideas?
