Just moved into new house, looks to be a leak under kitchen sink. On closer inspection looks like water is coming up from the isolation value (which is currently set to close), up the tube for the washing machine feed and leaking down to the drip.

Is it easy to replace that isolation value? I assume turn off mains first then replace, anything else I need to consider?
