I have a leaking Zanussi dishwasher, it fills up when its not running and leaks out the bottom.

The leak is comming from the part in the picture with the arrow pointing at it. Could anyone tell me what this part is? It currently has kitchen roll sticking out it to confirm where it was leaking.
