Hi all, I have a problem. I have replaced the pan connector from the toilet to the waste pipe however it’s still leaking.
I’ve added plumbers mait which still didn’t fix the leak.
Is it possible to replace JUST the black seal in the 3rd photo attached with purple arrow? I can’t replace the entire pipe without taking all the tiles off which I want to avoid doing.
Does anyone have any other suggestions other than replacing the black seal?
I considered BT1/CT1 sealant but was worried it would permanently join the pan connector?
Please advise
Thank you

You might be able to replace the seal if you obtain the same manufacturer. You could also try a rigid piece or semi rigid piece of pipe, such as 4” pipe or multikwik extension respectively (which is what is used when joining pan connectors).

Need to cut a piece of 4” the same length of the fins put on the new pan connector fins fully and insert into the wall one

The fitting isn’t designed for just the fins to seal on the one in the wall
