Hi folks - can anyone give me some advice?

I've got a Range Tribute hot water tank upstairs in my house (boiler downstairs) and it has started leaking slowly out of the 'Secondary Return' valve.

It drips about once every 20 seconds and the water is oxidising - photos attached.

Is it just a case of tightening the valve up? If so, how (e.g. do I need to drain the tank first?)

Or is there a deeper problem I need to address?

Thanks in advance for any pointers
