Got a concealed toilet to look st today, it's leaking from under the pan

Just not sure how it's all going to come apart.

Any comments?

Take the front panels off from the vanity unit and check the pipe that's feeds from the cistern to the toilet it will have come lose where the Bung that holds the pipe
