Leaking vanity unit

Hi everyone. Looking for some regarding a leak in my vanity unit.
Plumber installed vanity unit and cut pipes and added connectors to them. I have checked yesterday and the cold water one seems to be leaking. Is there any putty or sealant that should be applied to these small plastic screw adapters to ensure a water tight seal in the future? Many thanks

I’m not entirely sure what you’re on about, but it sounds like a push fit isolation valve might be leaking? Photo might help us to understand you better.
