Legacy toilet sears

I need help finding a replacement, legacy toilet seat, for my wall-mounted American-Standard toilet.
“Standard” tank - F 4010 74 T9 S
SG1 tank lid
Case toilet seat
Toilet seat bolts are 10” on center
Toilet seat bolts are 15.5” from the front of the bowl.
