Little underfloor job

Started thus one a couple of days ago.
6 manifolds. 5x 12 port, 1 x 11 port. 37kw in total and nearly 3400 m of pipe just downstairs!
this one room has 9 loops with 700m of pipe.

Conduit, Shaun. Keeps the glow from heating the room it's passing through. We are stuck with a poor position on that manifold. There is a built in cupboard going down that side.

I see so that's running to a different room

Any reason why you staple by hand and not strips / groves in panel ?

It's much faster mate.the pipe is mclp, so has no memory and stays put. Me and the apprentice have done 400m2 in three days.

This job , I used Wundafloor. The pipe us the same as unipipe, the manifold and flow restrictors ate the same as speedfit and others. It's a decent thermo valve and a grundfoss pump.
I've done 50-60 installs with them and to now had one flow restrictor leak, a faulty actuator head and one pipe that had a cut in it. Thus was obviously found when filling and pressure testing before screed was laid.
