I know it's a long shot but does anyone recognise this shower valve?

It was fitted approximately 6 years ago.

A customer has 2 of them and there are problems with both of the temp controls. One of them is really stiff and almost imposible to operate with wet hands. I have managed to free it slightly with a liberal dose of de-scaler. The other one rotates freely but doesn't control the temp at all - it's stuck on very hot and therefore unuseable. I'm reluctant to teke the temp controls out just yet as I don't want to leave the only working one out of action.

Ideally I'd like to find replacement temp control cartridges. I believe that they might be Hansgrohe and have already emailed them (no reply as yet).

Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions?

Thanks

Mark

Looks a bit like a Trevi to me.

Thanks for the suggestion Nick. I'll have a look at the Trevi website.

The customer has found the original order. Unfortunately the original supplying company has changed hands and don't have records from that far back. The order had it listed as "HANS Modern Thermostatic Control Chrome" so I'm hoping it might be Hansgrohe.

UPDATE - I have just had an email back from Hansgrohe and they have said that it's not one of their's.

Problem solved !

It's a Crosswater one. Finally got answers from 2 shower spare specialists and confirmed directly with Crosswater.

2 new thermostatic cartridges ordered.
