Looking For Work

[GDM Plumbing]

Hi guys

looking for some help and advice. Not sure if this is within the forum rules or the right place to be asking but I have recently qualified as an NVQ Level 2 Plumber and plan on doing my Gas training next. What I would like to know is, what websites is best to look on when seeking Plumbing work/employment? Preferably in the South Wales area where I am from but would be willing to travel a certain distance if it meant getting work. Either that or does anybody know any firms taking on Plumbers with low experience?

Firstly I'd have some leaflets made up to hand out to local plumbing merchants, firms and plumbers. Online I would use the numerous "Tradesmans" websites again to identify potentially local employers and make contact by email with your C.V then follow up with a phone call, they may not want you right now but you may have made a decent enough impression with your initiative and persistence.
