Dear plumbers/experts
I'm getting a loud whooshing noise from my Ravenheat combi boiler when opening hot tap. It's particularly bad as soon as I open the tap (sink and/or shower). Once hot water is flowing, the sound seems to stop. However, we've noticed a slight fluctuation in temperature in the hot water and when it gets colder (only for a few seconds) the whooshing noise re-occurs - only much softer sound. I've bled all rads so there is no apparent air lock in the heating system - which works fine. The only problem is with the hot water.
This has been going on since I replaced an old radiator in the hall way. I had to drain the system. I refilled slowly, bled rads, and topped up with inhibitor. Heating working fine.
Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
