HI,

I am having some issues with low pressure from a bathroom basin mixer tap and with the hot tap on our bath. The former has a weak flow when centralized and none when turned to hot and cold, the unit is a waterfall tap.

The latter cuts out hot water supply in less than one minute after turning on. We live in a new build which uses a combi boiler, both were working fine for about a 18 months of our 30 month occupancy.

Any ideas as to what might be wrong?

I suspect a faulty blending valve for the bath tap and possibly a knackered tap...
