We have low pressure in the cold part of our kitchen mixer tap. Pressure is fine in the hot part. Pressure is also fine upstairs in the bathroom in both bath and sink taps. Why would the pressure be low/poor in one half of the mixer tap and what can we do to remedy this, please?

is there a iso valve half shut underneath the sink?

Your kitchen cold water will be direct off rising main. Fault will be in mixer tap or flexible hose that feeds it. Check also isolation valves.
