LPG to Natural gas conversion

I've been asked to to convert 2 boilers from LPG to Natural gas, a new meter has been fitted on the NG but the boilers are still hooked up to the LPG Canisters. Do i need to have my LPG ticket to disconnect and convert the boilers over? Thanks

Havent a clue, but taking a common sense approach if a customer can hook up and disconnect lpg bottles to replace them, so can you. Then all you are doing is changing the injectors and commissioning a natural gas system. However dont look at the news in north devon tonight if you are of a nervous disposition as that explosion in Barnstaple was probably due to problems with lpg bottles according to first re[ports. Didnt stop lots of worried plumbers down here checking their old worksheets to see if they had been in the road concerned!

Being thick here, if anyone can change a gas bottle, surely anyone can disconnect them and then its not lpg if the injectors are removed if required and the burners set up for natural gas supplies. Come on you luverly welshman, put me out of my misery as to why my simple devon thinking is illegal, or have I missed something
