Morning chaps I think we need to be careful with this post and discourage the practices he is carrying out , solar and solid fuel are potentially deadly if you get them wrong , as well as fitting a pressurised system which needs a G3 engineer , think I will step back from this one, your thought please. He won’t take the advice about no plastic on secondary returns

He's way out of his depth.
I just replied to his low temperature secondary return theory. Legionella breeding ground!!

He's doing a 5 bathroom house renovation - and can't afford a plumber.
Whether he's doing it for himself or for a customer, there are going to be tears.

The way I read some of his posts, he's doing everything himself and 'apparently' getting the works signed off by someone qualified.

He's even questioning some advice given on pipe for the secondary return system.

There's way more to this than he is letting on

Just caught up. Yep, way out of his depth.
Not aware of any stoves that can be used legally with an unvented cylinder. Not without separation anyway.

I thought it was very restrained. Nothing in there to get a slap on the wrists for.
