Magnaclean Professional 2 Stuck won't release

Hi, I am trying to remove the MagnaClean from my system to clean but it does not release. Anything I can do to get it to come out?

They do tend to stick if they haven’t removed often

You can just undo the top and pull the filter / magnet out ?

Yes but I wanted to take it off to reseat it because I can see some of the copper valve so it doesn't have a full connection to the end of the valve.
Was worried that the pressure might push it off but it seems to be stuck and does not come off.
