Still got problems great on hot water, on heating burner lights briefly, 1 second then goes out, 3 attempts and it shuts down on ign. Reset and it does the same, but hot water instant ignition . Any ideas?

just talk to a guy on friday he had the same problem on a Baxi, check the low pressure on the gas valve, boiler lights on high flam then goes to low flame, if not enough gas boiler goes out

good to see you got gsr registered why not post a new thread in the gas registered forum that is only available to gsr engineers you will get more help in there.

Sounds like that is it, will set and check that tomorrow. Any ideas as to how it worked before. maybe it was borderline?

If it's not the min & max burner pressures that are out check the dhw pin on the divertor isn't stuck in the out position and constantly making it's switch.
Also confirm the pump proving switch on top of the divertor is staying made.
I'd also disconnect any external stat and put a link back in to rule that out.
