Main 30 he flow prob

Hi guys
Does anyone have any experience of these boilers? I have hw which is fine and ch fires but will only stay on for 30 secs... Temp gets up to max then flame goes out and boiler overruns as the heat isn't getting away! I've changed the pump and baxi have been no help.. No pressure issues and systems clean
Any help greatly appreciated please
