I'm in the process of fitting out a new airing cupboard and replacing our old open vented ho****er system,
and I am considering using a main pressure hot water cylinder, any one had any ploblems before I commit £500 +

You'll have a problem if you try fitting it yourself. They're complex and potentially dangerous if fitted incorrectly. You really need to be qualified to fit one safely.

Need good mains cold water supply.......! Preferably 20mm plus!

Need a means to accommodative the safety discharge pipe!!

And you need someone qualified to install commission and register the installation with the local authorities!

:)

Hello they are the best for hot water due to the high pressure, and i agree to the other posts on this thread they can be very dangerous if fitted wrong and you need a good incoming water pressure. You only get out what you put in!!!!
