Hi all. Just can to change an internal stop tap and the bloody mains tap outside is missing the head, leaving me with just a round spindle. Any ideas guys??

Ring the water undertaking, tell them you've got a leak internally and can't shut off the stop tap.

Forgot to say it's about 20inches deep. My sister Bly thought was to dig it up and use my foot prints on it

Try getting some mole grips on top, lock em off and try turning the mole grips with stopcock key.

Ring the water undertakers your going to have to at some point to get it fixed

Looks like the ground workers are coming and a freeze kit lol
