Marmox Shower stone advice/help

Hi

Marmox Showerstone 1000 x 1000mm.

I need to fit a self supporting wet room shower tray to an 830mm x 1000 recess in our ensuite. I was wondering by how much you are able to cut the tray down and would this be the correct size for the job?

hi you don't really cut the tray down you slot the wall out evenly on both sides how much smaller is the tray that the space?

Hi,

The tray is larger than the space not smaller.
Max room I have including cavity is 900mm wide but I need the 1000mm for the length so would have to cut a min of 100mm off for it too work

hi sorry i meant the other way round lol. it is better to bury the tray into the wall equally. can you not get a 900mm tray? or have you got it already.

I can get a 900 x 900 but not a 900 x 1000 which is ideally what i need, I have read that the Marmox shower shone can be cut with an angle grinder but not sure by how much

I have emailed a few suppliers and Marmox but had no response regarding the amount of cutting possible
