Specing some light commercial ,how many toilets sinks can you normally get off a 22mm cold main, cannot download anything with PDF,as pc is buggering up,when would you upgrade to a 28 mm main. The building is a small club, with instantenious under sink heaters,no big unvented,or baths.

Showers are the killer.

Have you checked the flow rate? And the actual incoming size?

First thing it will depend on will be the site pressure and flow rate.

As you've got no continuous use applications like showering.

Even if your incoming is poor but you have good pressure you could whack one or two chunky accumulators in the basement to take up the peak demand :)

Because all your peak is gonna be is washing up and filling loos.

Can even aid that with flow restrictors on the sinks.

nice one billy, might be ok as asbestos lads used a hose pipe today and pressure looks good on it,cannot get into cellar till next week,so piped up stairs in 22mm,might pipe up to first floor in 28mm
