mini c24 combi boiler

fires up for hot water when ch is ask ed for nothing,if running hot tap and asking for ch,when i close hot tap ,ch will fire for 10 seconds then knocks off,any ideas boiler now firing for short time in both ch and hw ,but after 25 seconds boiler lockout red light comes on,gas cut.

i take it its pressurised to one bar - have you took vent cap off pump and tried turning inners to see if it moves freely - sounds like a circulation problem.
