Mira 5514 k 907427 Thermostatic Cartridge

I've got a client asking about this thermostatic cartridge - Mira 5514 k 907427. Unfortunately don't have access to images. Does anybody have any idea what it is / any common code for it, I've never heard of it?

Can you find out what shower it is? Model

Have you tried Mira themselves

Have you questioned what is wrong with it as more and more i find that people point at the cartridge straight away as the cause when there is many other things that can wrong in the shower as well as the installation or on the odd occasion the water supplies to it have changed (water board fix a big leak etc)
