I can not get the water from the mixer tap in the kitchen to heat up, even though the taps in the rest of the house are fine and heat up! Though if I turn the heating on it will heat up. Is this an abvious problem?

Please help!

Thank you

flow rate not enough through kitchen tap, make sure spout end clear and isolation valve opened correctly under sink, sometimes restricted to prevent to much splash up from sink bowl, could also be first sign of flow diagram on its way out in boiler

imho
