mixer taps

hi all, just got a call about a guys mixer tap, he says that the taps and spout are all wobbly, i have never striped down a mixer but i assume the valve body on both taps has just worked loose and the spout proberbly just needs a grub screw tightening, if incorrect can anyone shed some light, cheers guys.

sounds about right to me. although customer could mean whole tap is loose from back nuts.

i thought so, but he did say just the taps and spout, everything else is fine,thanks for that mate.
