modena 102 lock out after 2 mins

looking at a modena 102, it starts up and runs fine on hot water and heating, but after a min or two it locks out. found a faulty thermistor, replaced it, still locking out.
could it be the venturi, im thinking that it runs fine for a little time says no?
just thought the flame sensor probe could be bending in the heat?
shower me with your wisdom please fellers.

Any noise? Kettling? Is it circulating? Any lock out codes?? I mean, it’s a ferolli skip it would be the best option.

Take the combustion cover off and run it. If it stays on Venturi or fan.

Have you run it like HF said? cover off.
Or FGA'd it whilst it runs with the cover on?
Have you checked high and low Gas Burner pressures?
Flame rectification current?

still locks out with cover off.
rads get hot upstairs and down.
some bright kitchen fitter has reduced the flow and return to 15mm. but they say it run fine for 6 months. the fitter also dropped the ceiling level and half encased the flue in the ceiling.

When you say it locks out are you talking about overheat or flame failure type lock out?
Do you have to reset it or does it come back into life by itself?

it shuts down, the flame failure led comes on and it needs resetting

In that case I would be testing Gas burner pressure whilst it runs along with flame current and watching the flame picture. That should tell you something.
