Hopefully this question has a simple answer. I'm looking at monobloc taps for my new kitchen. I am having a granite worktop and they have asked me what size hole needs to be drilled to accommodate the pipes for the tap. Some of the taps I've seen online say 35mm hole size, while others don't specify any size at all. I haven't seen any other sizes specified. So my question is, is 35mm a standard size for the industry, and am I safe in telling my worktop maker to make the hole that size?

get the tap in but a rough guide is around the 35mm mark but some specialist ones are bigger
