Evening All,
I don't know what's happening at the moment but we seem to be getting a lot more customers than usual complaining about bills. We've had three in the last three weeks refusing to pay the full amount. They've all been retired (and new) customers). I'm beginning to think I should have fixed prices for all regular jobs. Do any of you do that already?
