Hi,
I need to move my boiler to the other side of a 3ft thick stone wall. Pipework already exists, and i wanted to utilize it instead of the nightmare of getting through the wall. Here are a couple of diagrams, do u think the new solution would work?

You'll be 'teeing' in before any zone valves, which will means the heating will come on with the hot water.

So, you can't really do it that way.

We can't put them on separately anyway at the mo. It would only be the heating in the area to the left in the picture, am I right, it's only 2 rads, I could live with that if that was the only issue. Any other reasons why it wouldn't work?

Think you could really do with getting a pro in to help. I'd assume that most pros would like to do the install correctly to current part L regs

NO NO NO, you cant and a 3 foot wall is not an issue, most of my homes walls are stone n rubble and it just takes a bit longer to core through them.

the best advice we can give you has already been given, which is to get a suitably qualified gas engineer in to advise you and do the job.

Sorry! Your thinking of doing this yourself? What's the fuel being used?
