Got a cust who has a 36x18 vented cylinder fitted in the corner of a kitchen on a flat he is doing up.He wants it moved into a cupboard which has no access to hots or cold unless I go up into the loft.
The excisting cylinders hot water & vent all disappear into a stud wall behind the bathroom.
Any ideas how i can move this without it airlocking, maybe a surrey flange.
P.S its a direct cylinder

any chance you can replace with an unvented cylinder or too much hassle ?

All new pipework feed, open vent from tank in loft just make sure your loft pipework has a smooth run and not going up and down like some people have.. Shouldnt have to worry about surrey flange etc
