Hi....the white plastic pipe that is attached to this transparent container in my boiler has suddenly started leaking...

I have called the engineers but had no reply from them and its Xmas Eve! I want to know if it is still safe to use the boiler (as the water in the transparent container is getting less due to the leak)?

Please Help!!!

Its the trap for the condensate on your boiler. Look where the white pipe that comes from it exits your house. It will probably have frozen. Pour warm water over it outside to thaw the ice plug and hope that fixes it. If it is full and backfilling, your boiler will switch itself off.
