Hi, if anyone would like to come and give me a quote I'd appreciate it. BG have said that my pipes are blocked but an independent plumber I had round has said that the heat exchanger on the boiler has gone so I need a new one.

Current boiler is Ideal Elan 2, 14 radiators, probably need new gas piping as it seems ours are too small.
