Need someone to look at a Keston with explosive ignition urgently

Can anyone help? It's for a mate of mine, and I just haven't got time or energy at the moment. Suspect cracked or holed burner but needs someone to have a look. In Woodford (IG8) area.

Haven't got time for that at the moment mate. Flue run is horrendous, hardwood floors and plastered/painted walls everywhere.

Manufacturer call out.
Keston parts are so expensive that paying the manufacturer to come out may work out cheaper than a local heating engineer if they do a callout including parts offer. However, I seem to remember the terms of their call out is different to Heteam & WB the last time I enquired for one of our customers (about 2 years ago).
