new baxi condensing back boiler problems

just fitted a new baxi back boiler and have gone back three times as it keeps cutting out and i have to take the front off and reset. the fault code shows a condensate problem but when i reset it the pump kicks in and the boiler fires up, baxi have been out once and put a new condensate pump on but it has gone off again the customer has got the hump as it cost about £1500 just for the boiler.
any ideas please.

sounds like it is connected to the built in condensate pump or sensor

expensive boiler for what it is !!

yes its rubbish baxi have offered me a couple of hundred quid off the next one i fit!
