New boiler installed help needed

I have just had a gloworm flexicom 30cx installed last week, however, when the heating is on I can hear the water passing through the system, also when the hot water is on there is a clicking noise coming from the boiler. The installer flushed the system and bled the radiators however he added when leaving he had never fitted a glow worm before, im concerned if this is a problem and how to proceed I could call back the installer but im concerned if he would acutally know how to fix the problem or should I call glowworm?
