hi lads,

I was thinking either to go with testo 330-2LL or the a new one from Germany which called mru spectra plu.

Do the flue gas analyser have to be registered here or some sort of before doing things wrong ?

Does someone know the analyser mru spectraplus? Apparently very good product for gas and oil

No point in going that high spec

Test 327 or Kane 455/6 is more than good enough for what your going to use it fir

Might be true shauni but I can get it pretty cheap and why not having something better for little money though?

How does it work with the mru spectraplus am I allowed to buy it in Germany and use it over here or do they need to approve it before using it? Has anyone seen or heard of this analyser ?

Are you sending it back to Germany for calibration?

Are you gas safe now Ron ?

I am not gas safe yet but I am undertaking the acs at the moment and hoping to be ready by the next heating season in October this year.

For calibration I'd send it back yes doesn't cost me much. But I was thinking how good this analyser is perhaps someone knows it

TPI. Don't want bells and whistles. Just something that works and is accurate between calibrations.

It's also true! But with the testo one you don't need to change the co2, and co sensors as often every 5 years

The calibration is once a year as usual but why not having something better for decent money. I wouldn't say no if the price is right :)

Depends as the 330 is about 2-3k and Kane 7-900

Read the small print as the cheaper ones don't come with a printer
