Dear Forum
If anyone can advise me on this matter I would be grateful.
I had a new Glow Worm Ultimate 2 boiler installed at my house in March. Since then it has flooded the kitchen in September (due to a faulty "O" ring on a diverter valve), in October it stopped working again and (after two trips out by the Glow Worm engineer) the display PCB was replaced. Yesterday I noticed that water was running down the outside wall from what I think is called the condensation pipe (see attached picture).
I assume some water from this pipe is normal but surely not to the extent that it is running down the wall and pooling on the step? When the boiler is on it seems to be constantly dripping quite fast. Is this a matter for Glow Worm again or should I contact the installation man?
Any help/advice much appreciated.
