That is the question....
I've been working for a company for the last 2 n 1/2 years they've put me through my acs.
My previous employment has always been plumbing not gas.
I'd like to continue with gas as I feel I'm flying at the moment with my progression on breakdowns.
The contract we are on is coming to an end, do I take the risk of getting tupe over or wait to see if existing company keeps me on (another contract)?

Any thoughts appreciated.

have you an option...?

Well as far as I know we should get tupe over, maybe ill try and get a transfer to another branch if poss or start applying for other jobs. I don't fancy working for the new contractors really. But needs must.
Just seeing what others would do.
Will eventually like to end up going self employed but not for a good few years yet.
