Hi all
I have just passed my C&G level 3 Plumbing Technical Certificate. I started plumbing full time in September last year. For at least 4 years i was doing work on weekends, whilst studying, untill I got a heating job in that was too big to do part time. So I took the plunge and gave up my career as a Mechanical Design Engineer in Mobile Hydraulics and became a Plumber. I love it - but I don't like the current uncertainty of where my next job is gonna come from!
In this increasingly recession driven age I'm struggling to quote accurately and thus competitively - so I'm hoping to use this forum primarily to ask you guys what's a fair price to charge for certain jobs, and how long should they should take me. Obviously as I become more exerienced this will be less and less of an issue!!
Look forward chatting with you more knowledgable chaps.
Regards
Lance
