thanks for letting me join In this forum,

I have been in the building trade for the last 18 years, in various roles, the last being a building site manager, getting nowhere with regards to training and career development with the company I was with, I decided to go off on my own last year, I went and completed a locksmith course, and really do enjoy that,
I am currently sitting my domestic plumbing course and essential electrics course (via webinars due to the current covid situation). I am working as a locksmith and handyman for a local lettings and estate agents which is why I feel I need the relevant qualifications and paperwork to be able to do certain works legally, and also to improve my knowledge.
Whilst doing these courses I feel it would vastly improve my learning methods to read through the forum topics to see if I can learn from the immense amount of knowledge and experience the guys and gals on here have.

I would like to know if there are any readily available mock test papers for the plumbing 6035 side that I can do.
also I would like to know if there are any maintenance companies local ish to the Milton Keynes area that I could work for maybe 1 or 2 days per week free to gain some practical experience.
Im sure there will be lots of other more meaningful questions to come.

Regards
gray

Hi, are you doing your course at college? If you are, there will be some sort of online training you can do.
Hi
No I'm no doing a college course ,it was supposed to be a classroom based course at a training centre, but due to the vivid 19 pandemic it's been done on a webinar over 5 weekends for the theory and when all goes back to normal the practical will be classroom based
Cheers
