Hi,
We have fitted a new Watersmith thermostatic bar valve as we couldn't get any hot water from our old shower.
Given the fittings were the same we just swapped the valves over.
Now it is fitted, I find that I can only get a small flow from the shower and that this is varied from a drizzle to 10 seconds of flow. I'm not sure what to do next - looking online i'm not sure if it likely to be an air lock - but i have left it running for half an hour with no effect and turned it on and off a lot. Of whether it is something to do with the flow cartridge or something else!!!
There should be water going to the shower as it is on the same pipe as the sink and the sink flow is fine.
Any thoughts
Thank you
