I've been asked to refit a toilet and basin back into a room that was a downstairs toilet. It's now a utility but has since had a combi fitted. He wants the utility split into 2. Which would put the combi in with the toilet and basin in a room that is about 1* 2 * 3. Are there any gas safe issues. Is a toilet and basin technically a bathroom. You will be able to touch the boiler from the basin.

It will be fine as its a cloakroom only toilet and basin
