New Worcester Bosch startup whooshing sound

Hi

We just had a WB Greenstar 8000 Life 30kW System installed in the loft, and every morning when the heating comes on, the very first thing the boiler does is emit a loud whooshing of water away from the boiler, which results in what sounds like a bucket of water being chucked into the radiators on the floor below the boiler, so noisy in those rooms and in the room the boiler is. Whooshing lasts about 10-15 seconds, happens without fail 1 second after the boiler comes on each day. Any ideas as its becoming an unwelcome wake up for everyone!

Yes, get your installer back, or ask them the question.

Check rads for air by venting then check/top up boiler to 1.3/1.5 bar. cold.
