Hi
over the last couple of days the cold water in both bathroom taps has slowed to a dribble and has now stopped completely, however the toilet is still flushing, there is still cold water in the shower and the kitchen cold tap is still working fine.
Both are mixer taps with 2 knobs and one spout.
I have already tried draining the system to get rid of any airlocks but this hasn't worked.
Any advice on things I could try before calling a plumber would be greatly appreciated.

welcome to the forum Michael.
so this problem has happened at the same time on two different taps, both on the cold side, yes??
less likely to be a fault with both taps occurring at the same time (not impossible)
where do the taps get the water from, are they of the cold main or tank fed??

Yes hot water working ok, but actually I think the basin tap stopped working a few days before the bath tap so it could be a problem with the taps.I will find out tomorrow when I take them apart.
Taps are fed from the mains.
