got asked to sort a ferroli[sigh!]optimax todaythats chucking water out of the prv,i am the third engineer asked to look at this after i fitted a boiler for the guys sister,anyway gets to the job loop passing[replaced month ago by gsre month ago.ok prob customers caused this trying to put water back in he then tells me 2nd gsre replaced 2 prv,s 3 weeks apart and the one fitted is indeed new so what did i do?drained the small ac rad reconnected turned valves on but did not vent as most of you know this will act as a temporary expansion vesell customer rings me 10 mins ago problems fully resolved why did the previous guys not do this and more than likely one knackered /mis used loop did all the harm
