I changed taps in my parents house yesterday. Water was heating fine when the oil heating was on.
This stopped working since.
Radiators are working fine and the water does heat from the immersion.
I checked the tank in the attic and it was full and also checked the pressure in the boiler (it was below 1)

I have attached a few pictures.

I am thinking it is either an air lock or I damaged a valve ( there are 3- 2 on pipes coming from roof and 1 low down next to tank)

Can call a plumber out but if it was something I could do myself , it would be great.

Suggest checking that red (gate) valve ( coil return) at the base of the cylinder, shut it, then open it fully, ~ 4/5 full turns and leave it at this setting temporarily. Follow the coil inlet back through the floor and see if any valve (motorized, as suggested) or any other manual type. depending on what you find, fire up the boiler and see if the coil flow/return pipes are hot, if they are, close that red valve fully and re open it ~ 1 full turn.

Any water coming from the hot tap ?

Yeah cold water coming from the hot tap. When I have the heating on the pipes coming from the boiler are warm but not past the gate valve. I am only getting around 1 rotation when I turn it so I am presuming it is seized in a closed position. I am going to try connect a pliers to it and turn it anticlockwise.
