Hi there!

I have had an on going problem with my Glow Worm Betacom 24c Combi Boiler. The heating is fine but it's stopped putting out hot water. 3 plumbers/gas engineers have come round to look at it but so far no joy.

There are no error codes.

Anyone out there have any idea whats going on / can fix it?

Thanks in advance :)

Diverter valve. Good luck.

Well... the last Gas engineer that looked at it said it wasn't the diverter valve because it is hot water priority and would default to that position if there was a problem with it. That would mean you would get hot water but no heating. He could be wrong, but it kind of makes sense.

Really you can't do anything as the external case is the seal. So to open it would be illegal and dangerous unless your qualified.

I have lots of suggestions on how to identify fault but the only one I will offer is to contact glow worm and get a fixed price repair.
