Discuss No hot water from pump in the Bathroom Advice area at Plumbers Forums

Hi everyone, new to this forum and have a problem.
Salamander twin pump has stopped working on the hot side. Not sure if it is a thermostat problem or pump problem. If I turn the pump off at the mains and remove the shower head and lay the pipe in the bath the cold water runs through when the thermostat is turned to cold but nothing when the thermostat is turned to the hot .
Any ideas please?
Thanks
